We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review the policy below.
Returns
Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition, unused and unwashed
- All original labels and tags are attached
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is included

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and provided all return conditions are met, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable
- Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is made in accordance with your statutory rights (for example, if the item is faulty or not as described)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
